Fumihiko Tachiki is a Japanese voice actor and narrator. He is best known for being the narrator/voiceover for the Heisei Kamen Rider Series and the voice of Gendo Ikari in the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise. He is the voice of Dr. Adams Teufel in the OVA crossover movie Cyborg 009 vs. Devilman.
