Miiko Kawamoto is a secondary character in the Devilman Live Action film from 2004. She's a student alongside Makimura Miki & co. She and Miki were friends since Makimura saved her from some bullies. She then became a butterfly-like Devilmen.
She may be a wink to Mikiko Kawamoto, since their name's sound-alike and poisonous powers, but they are different characters.
