The Panthers were the android foot soldiers of the terrorist group Panther Claw. They had modified brains, making them entirely subservient and loyal to Panther Zora and her little sisters.

As Jun Fudo and Cutie Honey tangled with a squid-like Devil Beast, a group of Panthers led by Unicorn Panther attack them in the grounds of St. Chapel Academy.
After a short battle both the Panthers and their leader are all slain by Honey.
