Psycho Jenny is a powerful psychic demoness who serves as one of the two main antagonists of the crossover manga 'Cyborg 009 vs. Devilman: BREAKDOWN'. She works with demon general Zann, trying to manipulate Akira Fudo and Ryo Asuka to do their bidding and ultimately reawaken Satan.

The giggle-ghoul had the body of a young woman, with a comically oversized head, with a permanent grin, long flowing hair and a permanent smile.
Her disguise as Mayumi was that of a young Devilman girl with scruffy dark hair and two large eyes on her chest.
Abilities[]
Jenny could fly, and had powerful psychic abilities. She could transform into "Mayumi" at will.
Personality[]
Jenny was quiet, and manipulative, even when in her human form, fueled only by her loyalty to Satan.
